Be sure to check out the FLVR Global channel for other recipes and to see who made your favorite dish! #FLVR #lays #laysrecipe Chimichurri Steak & Egg Sandwich   Ingredients For the Chimichurri: 1/2 shallot, finely diced 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 cup parsley, diced 1 tbsp oregano 2 tbsp red wine vinegar 1/2 tbsp lemon juice Zest of 1/2 lemon 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup olive oil   For the Steak: Drizzle of olive oil 1 lb skirt steak Salt & pepper to taste   For the Sandwich: Drizzle of olive oil 2 eggs 4 slices sourdough bread 1/4 cup garlic aioli Fresh arugula Fresh microgreens Lay’s Sour Cream & Onion Potato Chips   Instructions Prepare the Chimichurri: In a small bowl, add diced shallot, garlic, parsley, oregano, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, lemon zest, red pepper flakes, salt, and olive oil. Mix together until completely combined and set aside.   Prepare the Steak: Preheat a cast-iron grill skillet over high heat and drizzle with olive oil. While the grill is heating, season the steak liberally on both sides with salt and pepper. Place the steak in the hot pan and sear both sides of the steak for 3 to 4 minutes each, until it reaches an internal temperature of 135-140F. Remove from the pan and place on a cutting board. Cover with aluminum foil and let rest for 5 minutes. Using a sharp knife, cut the steak into slices against the grain.   Assemble the Sandwich: Preheat a medium frying pan and drizzle with olive oil. Fry the eggs to your preferred doneness and then remove from the pan. While the steak is resting, toast your sourdough slices in the same hot grill skillet. Remove from the pan and place two slices each on two serving plates. Spread one side of each slice with garlic aioli. Top one slice of each sandwich with arugula and then steak. Add chimichurri to each and then a fried egg, microgreens, and potato chips. Top with the second slice of bread. Serve with additional chips on the side.   Bon appetit!

Fırında Soslu Makarna Pasta 🤩 Malzemeler Makarnası için; 500 g boru makarna Sıcak su 1 çay kaşığı tuz Kıymalı harcı için; 400 g kıyma 3-4 yemek kaşığı zeytinyağı 1 adet kuru soğan 1 adet kırmızı biber 2 adet yeşil biber 1 su bardağı domates sosu 1 tatlı kaşığı biber salçası 1 çay bardağı sıcak su (125 ml) 1 tatlı kaşığı tuz 1 tatlı kaşığı kekik 1 çay kaşığı toz kırmızı biber Yarım çay kaşığı karabiber Üzeri için; 2 su bardağı kaşar peyniri Tabanı için; 3 yemek kaşığı domates sosu Hazırlanışı Makarnayı haşlamak için uygun bir tencereye kaynayan suyu alalım. Üzerine tuz ekledikten sonra makarnayı içerisine alalım ve paketin arkasında yazan süreye göre haşlanmaya bırakalım. Kıymalı harcı için uygun bir tavaya sıvı yağı alalım. Üzerine kıymayı ekleyip tahta kaşığın arkası ile bastırarak rengi değişene kadar kavuralım. Yemeklik doğranmış soğan, doğranmış yeşil biberler ve kırmızı biberi ekleyerek karıştıralım ve 1-2 dakika daha kavuralım. Üzerine domates sosu, biber salçası, kekik, toz biber, karabiber ve tuzu ekleyerek karıştıralım. Son olarak suyu ilave edelim, kısa bir süre daha pişirmeye devam edelim ve ocaktan alalım. Kullanacağımız fırın kabının tabanına domates sosundan sürelim. Üzerine haşladığımız boru makarnaları dik ve sıkı bir şekilde dizelim. Hazırladığımız kıymalı harcı makarnaların üzerine yayalım. Son olarak kaşar peyniri rendesini serpelim ve önceden ısıtılmış 190 derece fırında, 20-25 dakika kadar pişirelim. Sürenin sonunda fırından alalım, üzerine maydanoz serpelim ve dilimleyerek servis edelim. Peynir ve maydanozu karıştırarak hazırladığımız iç harcından, 8 tane olacak şekilde aralıklı yerleştirelim. Üzerine diğer milföy yaprağını yerleştirip kenarlarından hafifçe bastırarak kapatalım. Bir rulet yardımıyla küçük kareler elde edeceğimiz şekilde 8 eşit parçaya keselim. Açık olan kenarlarına yine hafifçe bastırarak kapatalım. Pekmez ve suyu geniş bir kapta karıştıralım. Börekleri önce hazırladığımız pekmezli suya, ardından kavrulmuş susama batıralım. Böreklerimizi pişirme kağıdı serdiğimiz fırın tepsisine aldıktan sonra, önceden ısıttığımız 180 °C fırında, alt üst fansız ayarda 30 dakika pişmeye bırakalım. You’ll need 1 pack puff pastry sheets 300 g feta or white cheese A handful of parsley, chopped For topping: 2 tbsp molasses 60 ml water Toasted sesame seeds Here’s how Lay out one sheet of puff pastry. Mix cheese and parsley, and place 8 small mounds spaced out on the pastry. Cover with another sheet and gently press the edges. Cut into 8 squares and seal the edges. Mix molasses and water. Dip each piece into this mixture, then into sesame seeds. Place on a baking tray lined with parchment. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes, no fan, top and bottom heat.
