Top 5 adjustments I made in my diet that made the whole difference in those 2 months cut: For those who don’t follow me, I want to clarify that I’ve been lifting for two years. This transformation reflects my cutting phase, and the first video shows my peak bulk. After two months of cutting, I achieved these results. I lost 7 kg in those 2 months. Lifting weights doesn't exempt you from facing the same challenges as anyone trying to lose weight. 1. Focused on Whole Foods: I prioritized nutrient-dense, whole foods while reducing processed items as much as possible. I didn’t cut them out completely, but cutting back made a significant difference in my results. 2. Used a Macro Range Strategy: Instead of counting every gram of protein, carbs, and fats, I followed a flexible range strategy, keeping it simple and manageable while still supporting my goals. 3. Replaced Sugar with Natural Sweetness: I swapped out refined sugar for natural sources like bananas, raspberries, and blueberries in my desserts. I usually use bananas for my desserts (banana pancakes, brownies with bananas instead of sugar…) This reduced my cravings for sugar while still satisfying my sweet tooth. 4. Incorporated Variety and Fiber: I made sure to include a wide range of foods, especially fiber-rich options, which helped me feel full and satisfied throughout the day (whole grain, chia seeds, veggies etc). 5. Consistency was Key: Consistency with both my diet and workouts was the most important factor. If you don’t have a plan and your diet is just random, your results will be random as well! Easy & Delicious High Protein Meal Prep, Perfect for those KFC Cravings 😋 Check out my high protein cookbooks for over 100+ recipes just like this one! 📕👨🏽‍🍳 (link in bio) Serves 4: 🍽️🍽️🍽️🍽️ Calories & Macros 📊 Per Meal: 510 calories 52g P | 53g C | 8g F KFC Popcorn Chicken - 800g chicken breast - 1 egg - tsp garlic powder - tsp onion powder - tsp paprika - tsp salt & pepper KFC breading - 100g plain flour - tsp garlic powder - tsp paprika - tsp oregano - 1/2 tsp ginger powder - tsp salt & pepper - tsp baking powder - Cooking spray (I use chosen foods avocado oil spray) Cooking Times 🔥 Airfry 200°C for 10-12 minutes Oven Bake 200°C for 18-20 minutes Creamy Mash Potatoes - 900g peeled & diced potatoes (uncooked weight - boil in salted water) - 120ml light crème fraiche (sub with reduced fat sour cream) - 60ml fat free milk - tbsp unsalted butter (optional) Low Calorie Homemade Gravy - 2 tbsp cornstarch + tbsp water (slurry) - 400ml beef stock (1 stock cube + 400ml water) - 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce Cooking info ⏲️ - To a pan on medium heat Add 400ml of beef stock to a pan with the cornstarch slurry and Worcestershire sauce. - Bring to a bubble then simmer on medium heat till thickened into a gravy. Grilled sweetcorn - Tbsp butter - Corn from one cob Cooking info ⏲️ - Slice the corn off the cob - lightly brown some butter in a pan then add the corn and sautee for 2-3 minutes in the butter. A m banging cheesy sensation 😮‍💨 Macros 506 calories 40gP / 18gF / 43gC Serves: 2 Shopping list ✍️ - 250g lean beef mince - 1/2 onion, finely diced - 4 mushrooms, finely diced - 1 beef stock cube (add an extra half for beefiness!) - 250g passata - 1 tsp mixed herbs - Pinch garlic granules - A good pinch black pepper - Pinch of sugar - 1 bay leaf - 4 mini tortilla wraps - 80g white sauce (lasagne sauce) - 50g shredded mozzarella (or use light cheddar too for extra flavour!) Optional: Fresh parsley & parmesan Method Fry the onion and mushrooms in low calorie spray for a few minutes to soften then add the beef mince and fry for a further 3-4 mins. Add the rest of the ingredients and 250ml of boiling water. Mix well and simmer for 8-10 minutes or until the water has evaporated then remove the bay leaf. Place the bolognese into the 4 tacos (freeze the rest of the bolognese or use for another recipe!) then add a heaped tbsp of white sauce and mozzarella. Fold then place in the air fryer along with another heaped tbsp of white sauce for each taco and gently press the mozzarella into the white sauce to stop it from blowing away!
