A m banging cheesy sensation 😮‍💨 Macros 506 calories 40gP / 18gF / 43gC Serves: 2 Shopping list ✍️ - 250g lean beef mince - 1/2 onion, finely diced - 4 mushrooms, finely diced - 1 beef stock cube (add an extra half for beefiness!) - 250g passata - 1 tsp mixed herbs - Pinch garlic granules - A good pinch black pepper - Pinch of sugar - 1 bay leaf - 4 mini tortilla wraps - 80g white sauce (lasagne sauce) - 50g shredded mozzarella (or use light cheddar too for extra flavour!) Optional: Fresh parsley & parmesan Method Fry the onion and mushrooms in low calorie spray for a few minutes to soften then add the beef mince and fry for a further 3-4 mins. Add the rest of the ingredients and 250ml of boiling water. Mix well and simmer for 8-10 minutes or until the water has evaporated then remove the bay leaf. Place the bolognese into the 4 tacos (freeze the rest of the bolognese or use for another recipe!) then add a heaped tbsp of white sauce and mozzarella. Fold then place in the air fryer along with another heaped tbsp of white sauce for each taco and gently press the mozzarella into the white sauce to stop it from blowing away! #ad #AD Honey mustard chipolatas in blankets 😍   Pork chipolatas sausages wrapped in crispy streaky bacon, coated in honey & mustard and dipped into a cheddar cheese sauce… this is a MUST try this Christmas 😮‍💨   This recipe is inspired by my yiayia (grandma in Greek) who every year makes the BEST pigs in blankets by using chipolatas instead of cocktail sausages and drenches them in honey & mustard! 🍯 Me and my brother would always fight for the last one 🤣  For my version, I decided to use @Schwartz premium herbs to elevate the dish further and share this gift of flavour with my baby girl this Christmas 🥹   Macros  165 calories each  10gP / 8gF / 14gC  Makes 8    Shopping list ✍️ 8 Pork chipolatas sausages  8 streaky bacon rashers  ½ tsp Schwartz Parsley  ½ tsp Schwartz Thyme  2 tbsp honey  1 heaped tsp wholegrain mustard  300ml Schwartz Cheddar Cheese Sauce    Method  Mix the Schwartz Parsley with the Thyme, honey and wholegrain mustard and set aside. Wrap the chipolatas with the streaky bacon and air fry on 180C for 13 mins, brush over the glaze and air fry for a further 1-2 minutes or until the sausages are cooked and the bacon is crispy. Pigs in blankets carbonara 🥵 Macros 568 calories 30gP / 36gF / 38gC Serves: 2 Shopping list ✍️ - 65g smoked pancetta - 100g dry spaghetti - 4 egg yolks - 2 1/2 tbsp grated Parmesan - Good pinch black pepper - 8 pigs in blankets, cooked Method Cook the pasta, drain and keep a tbsp of pasta water aside. In the meantime fry the pancetta on a medium heat for a few minutes until crispy and browned. Mix the egg yolks with 2 tbsp grated Parmesan and a good pinch of black pepper. Mix in the reserved pasta water. Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan with the pancetta, making sure the heat is turned off. Mix in the egg yolks & parmesan mixture until fully combined. Creamy Boursin chicken & broccoli pasta 🥵 Ps: My new air fryer cookbook is currently 50% off!! £10 for over 80 easy & fast recipes 🥰 Click the link in my bio to order your copy 🩷 Macros 522 calories 43gP / 14gF / 60gC Serves: 2 Shopping list ✍️ - 150g dried tagliatelle - 100g brocolli - 225g chicken breast - Salt & pepper - 1 tsp paprika - 1/2 tsp garlic granules - 1/2 tsp mixed herbs - 1 garlic clove, minced - 1/2 chicken stock cube, - 30g Boursin Garlic & Herbs - 30ml single cream or alternative - 10g Parmesan Cheese, grated Optional: garlic bread to serve! 🥖 Method Cook the pasta in salted water until cooked, keeping a few tbsp of pasta water aside and cook the broccoli then dice. In the meantime season the chicken breast with all the seasoning and fry in a pan sprayed with oil until cooked, around 4-5 mins on each side. Remove the chicken and let it rest, add the garlic, Boursin, crushed chicken stock cube, single cream and pasta water. Mix well then fry on a medium heat until it thickens. Link in my bio to grab your copy 😍 Macros 498 calories 49gP / 5gF / 60gC Serves: 2   Shopping list ✍️ - 2 chicken breasts - 1 tsp curry powder - 1 egg - 35g cornflakes OR panko breadcrumbs - 400g potatoes, cut into fries - Salt & pepper KATSU SAUCE 🥣: 1/2 onion finely diced, 1 medium carrot, 1 garlic clove minced, 2 tsp curry powder, 1 tsp garam masala, 2 tsp plain flour, 300ml chicken stock, 2 tsp soy sauce & 10g honey Optional: sliced red chilli and fresh coriander   Method Butterfly the chicken breasts, tenderise then season with salt, pepper and curry powder. Dip into beaten egg then panko. Spray with oil and air-fry at 180°C for 7 minutes, flip, spray again and cook for a further 7 mins. Season the fries with salt & pepper (optional paprika) then air-fry at 200°C for 12-14 minutes or until golden and cooked, shaking them halfway. For the sauce, spray a pan with oil spray over a low to medium heat, then add the onion, carrot and garlic and fry for a few mins to soften. Add in your spices and flour and cook for a minute, then pour in the stock, soy sauce and honey. Simmer for around 10 minutes or until the carrots are tender, then blend in a food processor until smooth. Sweet chilli chicken fried rice 🥵 Macros 551 calories 47gP / 10gF / 68gC Serves: 1 Shopping list ✍️ - 135g chicken breast, sliced - 1/2 tsp garlic granules - Black pepper - 1 tsp dark soy sauce - 1 1/2 tsp sweet chilli sauce - 1/2 tsp sesame seed oil - 1 egg - 1/2 small onion - 1 medium garlic clove, minced - 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced - 150g cooked rice (I used sticky) - A handful of peas - Half spring onion, finely diced Sauce 🥣: 1 tsp dark soy, 1 tsp light soy, 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce & a few dashes of white rice vinegar Method Marinade the chicken in garlic granules, pepper, dark soy sauce then fry in a pan with oil spray for 5-6 minutes or until nearly cooked. Remove, add sesame seed oil and fry the onions to soften, along with the fresh garlic and ginger. Scramble the egg then mix in rice and peas. Pour in the sauce, mix well and fry for a further couple of minutes along with the chicken until cooked.
