what’s the rush!!! I used to always try and speed through my cleaning sessions since I thought it was the most efficient use of my time. As I’ve started to slow down my cleaning sessions, I’ve really found it to be 10x more enjoyable. I go through new playlists, listen to audiobooks or podcasts, & really just sit in the present moment instead of cleaning while thinking of the ticking clock. While I still think quick tidy ups will always have a place, I’ve been trying to slow down my cleaning sessions and remind myself that there isn’t a rush. <3 so that’s what we did today!! #ad ↓my step by step morning routine as a houseplant girly↓ 1. turn on my grow lights! I use ones from @Barrina.official #AD — the exact ones I use areeee: the T10 Pro Standing grow light, the T10 Standing grow light, and the T5 black cover grow lights 1FT!! each of these lights serve a different purpose for me, but I love all the features they offer! The one I set the timer for in the video is also height adjustable, which is super nice for if I ever get a taller plant or need light to hit higher shelves. 2. start watering & spraying!! I mix a bit of liquid kelp in with my water every now and then to give my plants some extra nutrients. I also spray leaves with a neem oil and dishsoap mixture to help with any pests I might have going on. 3. enjoy the plants!!!
