POV: Zay worked on details his whole life. Great shooters aren’t born—they’re built through years of focused work on the little things. For the past 6 years, Zay has been locked in on the small details —and now the results speak for themselves. This is exactly what my youth shooting program is designed to do: Build elite shooters from the ground up by teaching the right fundamentals at an early age - So they have a solid foundation to continue to build on. Hard work + attention to detail + consistency = game-time confidence. Are you putting in the right work? Share this with a young hooper! Youth Shooting Program in Bio 🙏🏻

If you are a parent of a young hooper, I would highly suggest you start with these 5 steps to improve your child’s shooting fundamentals prior to shooting on a hoop ‼️ Being able to build from the ground up and focusing on the details now, will set your child up with a solid foundation - that they can continue to build on with confidence! If you want us to help you along your journey to becoming an ELITE SHOOTER, click the link in bio and join our youth shooting program with thousands of young hoopers across the country!
We get asked everyday to provide drills to help players of every age improve their shooting skills. However, very few actually have a daily plan / routine they follow to even have a chance at being a good shooter. If you aren’t currently making 100-250 shots per day. Start there, and report back after a few months. No drill, technique, program can fix just having the ability to show up daily. And if you’ve followed us, you know how big I am on details!! So I guess the message is this. Block off 30 minutes a day for extra shooting. Find a place you know you will do it. And then go do it. For like 10 years. That’s normally how you become an ELITE shooter. Just like @HigherUpWellness says, “It isn’t easy, but it is simple, Don’t over complicate it” Tag a hooper who needs it ‼️ Youth Shooting Programs in Bio 🙏🏻
