I am not sure I gained a lot of weight in 2 weeks time, but I definitely feel stronger. I want an opening at 70kg snatch and 90kg clean and jerk. 97kg clean and jerk !!!! Strong spirit soft heart ♥️ Well.. that was my best performance of all time in weightlifting competition. What a blaaaast !!!!!! Being so low this past years because of my lower back pain (I couldn’t even walk. Couldn’t lift properly for 3 years) I love my sport this much that being able to perform again makes me become so soft 🤣 I couldn’t imagine this could happened!
