These are spec-taco-lar 🍣🌮❤️‍🔥 [~380 cals 40g protein] - Find my cookbooks in my bio 👀💖 - ✰ 1 can (113g) tuna - 2 tbsp (14g) greek yogurt - 1-2 tbsp (15 ml) soy sauce - 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar (7 ml) - siracha, to taste - garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper ✰ 3 large seaweed wraps ✰ 3/4 cup (150g) cooked rice (sushi rice is ideal but I used regular and it was perfect) ✰ 1/8 cucumber ✰ 1/4 teeny tiny avocado ✰ “spicy mayo:” 2 tbsp Greek yogurt + siracha (swap light mayo) 1. Cut seaweed wraps into circles. 2. Press rice onto seaweed squares and air fry them on 400F for about 10 minutes or until edges of rice become golden. You want them in a taco shape since this is the shape they hold after the air fryer - if your air fryer is too big use a mug or dish to tighten them together. 3. While wraps cook, prepare tuna and chop cucumber and avocado. 4. Mix “spicy mayo” ingredients. 5. Once wraps are done, add fillings evenly into them to make the 3 tacos. 6. Enjoy! - All 3 tacos: 380 cals 5g fat 45g carb 40g protein

Blend eggs with the rest of the ingredients. ^ you may need to add more water to get the right consistency. Start with less water and slowly add more.
