It’s truly been a lifesaver ▪️For styling: - Step 1: Enhancing my curls. Cantù define and shine custard. A natural alternative is making flaxseed gel. I used to use this when Id run out and it does the same thing. It’s a watery gel and helps enhance your curl pattern - Step 2: moisturizing. I started using this more natural alternative: Cachos & Crespos Here is where I focus on hydration - Step 3: Sealing the deal. I use castor oil to make sure that all that moisture is retained as I have extremely dry hair. Castor oil has incredible benefits to strengthen hair so love this option for my colored hair. - Step 4: Stretching I deal with alooot of shrinkage so stretching my hair is super important in my routine. I bunch my hair and stretch it with my hands. Heat has been no problem for me personally as I think my hair is more resistant to it.
