A perfect nighttime routine will set you up for success! There’s a reason I don’t go out drinking and staying at till early hours in the morning anymore and that’s because I would set myself up for failure EVERY SINGLE WEEKEND! I would have the worst brain fog for days afterwards, the worst anxiety, lack of motivation, lack of energy etc etc. It’s a vicious cycle that never ends! Yes of course I still have a good night out now and then but I feel so good every Saturday & Sunday morning, I wake up fresh and ready to go! I wake up full of energy & a creative mind.
