Gochujang Mac & Cheese 😍 Gochujang is a Korean fermented red pepper paste that is soo good with pasta! I got mine & this pasta at Trader Joe’s :) RECIPE ⬇️ 1. First, cook 1/2lb of pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water 2. Next, add 3 tbsp of butter and a dash of olive oil to a pan on medium heat. Once the butter has melted, add 3 cloves of minced garlic. Cook until fragrant then add 4 tbsp of gochujang paste. 3. Then, mix your gochujang / butter/ garlic together. Let it cook for a few minutes then add 1 cup of heavy cream. Whisk it all together. 4. Bring your sauce to a simmer then season with salt, pepper, garlic/ onion powder, paprika, chili flakes and parsley. Then, add 1/2 cup more of heavy cream. 5. After, add your cheeses. I did 1 cup of cheddar, 1 cup of mozzarella and 1/2 a cup of parm. Mix it well. 6. Then, add your cooked pasta and a dash of pasta water. Add pasta water as needed until creamy. 7. Mix well then let your sauce and pasta cook together for a few minutes. Top with more parm and enjoy :) #pasta #fyp #gochujang
Chicken Parm with Vodka Sauce! RECIPE ⬇️ 1. First, cook 1/2 lb pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water. 2. Then, make your chicken cutlets. Add 1 cup flour, salt, pepper & garlic powder to one dish. 1 cup of breadcrumbs to another. And 2 scrambled eggs in a bowl. 3. Dunk 2 thin chicken breasts in flour, egg and then the breadcrumbs. 4. After, add veggie/ olive oil to a pan. When heated, add your chicken and cook until crispy and brown on both sides. 5. Melt 4 tbsp butter in another pan with 2 tbsp olive oil. Add 6 cloves minced garlic. Cook until fragrant 6. Mix in 4 tbsp tomato paste and cook for a few mins. Add 1 shot vodka & 2 cups heavy cream. Mix & bring to simmer 7. Season & lower the heat. Add 1 cup parmesan and mix 8. Next, add a spoonful of vodka sauce to each piece of chicken and then top with mozzarella. Broil until cheese is melted. 9. Fall calls for comfort food 😍 I made this Pumpkin Vodka Sauce with @eatbanza rotini! 🎃 RECIPE ⬇️ 1. Cook 1 box of @eatbanza pasta according to box instructions. 2. Then, add 2 tbsp of butter and a dash of olive to a pan with 3 cloves of minced garlic. 3. Next, mix in 3 tbsp of tomato paste & 1/2 a cup of pumpkin purée. 4. After, mix and let cook until the mixture darkens slightly. 5. Then , add 1 shot of vodka and stir. Add 1 cup of heavy cream and mix to combine. 6. Cook for 5-7 minutes to let the vodka cook off. Add 1/2 cup more heavy cream. 7. Season with salt, pepper, garlic & onion powder. 8. Add your cooked pasta, 1/2 a cup of Parmesan & a dash of pasta water. 9. Mix together and top with more parm! Creamy Truffle Pasta topped with Truffle Burrata 🤩🤩 made with my fave shells from @Banza🍕🍝🫘 ! This is the perfect, easy, delish meal for your holiday parties! RECIPE ⬇️ 1. First, cook 1 box of banza pasta according to box instructions. Save a cup of pasta water. 2. Then, add 3 tbsp of butter and a tabs if olive oil to a pan on medium heat. Once it has melted, add 3 cloves of minced garlic. 3. Cook your garlic until fragrant then add 1.5 cup of heavy cream. Bring to a simmer and season with salt, pepper, garlic/ onion powder, chili flakes and parsley. Add 1 tbsp of truffle oil and mix well. 4. Next, add 1/2 a cup of fontina, 1/2 a cup of parm, 1/2 a cup of mozzarella and 1/4 cup marscapone. Mix well then add in your cooked pasta with a dash of pasta water. 5. Mix your pasta/ sauce then bring to a simmer again. Let your pasta cook for a few minutes then top with truffle burrata, more parm and truffle oil. Enjoy!!! #pasta #trufflepasta #fyp
This vodka sauce with chicken is pasta-tively amazing 🍝 RECIPE ⬇️ 1. First, cook 1/2lb of pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water. 2. Then, cut 1 large chicken breast (or two small ones) into bite sized pieces. Drizzle with olive oil then season with salt, pepper, garlic/ onion powder and paprika. 3. Toss in 2 tbsp of butter with a dash of olive oil to a pan on medium heat. Once it’s melted, add your seasoned chicken. Cook on all sides until fully cooked then remove it from the pan. 4. After, add 2 more tbsp of butter and 3 cloves of minced garlic. Cook the garlic until it’s fragrant then add 4 tbsp of tomato paste. 5. Mix the garlic/ tomato paste together and cook it for a few minutes until the tomato paste darkens. Then, add 1 shot of vodka. 6. Whisk this all together then add 1 cup of heavy cream. Mix well and bring your sauce to a simmer. Let the alcohol cook off for 7-10 minutes, stirring throughout. 7. Then, add another 3/4 cup of heavy cream and whisk well. Let this cook for another 5-10 minutes then add 1/2 cup of parm and a handful of fresh basil. Season with the same seasonings used on the chicken. 8. Toss in your cooked pasta, a dash of pasta water and your cooked chicken. Mix it all together and let it simmer for a few minutes. 9. Add more pasta water/ cheese as needed then top with more parm and basil. Enjoy!!! #vodkasauce #pasta #fyp
The ultimate comfort food: Tomato Soup + Grilled Cheese 🍅 RECIPE ⬇️ 1. First, cut 6 tomatoes, 1 red pepper and 1 onion into chunks. Add these all to an oven safe dish. Toss in 1 pint of cherry tomatoes and drizzle all of the veg with olive oil. Season with salt,pepper, garlic/ onion powder, paprika and dried basil. 2. Cut the top off two heads of garlic and drizzle with olive oil. Wrap them in foil and add to your baking dish. Bake it all at 400 for 45 minutes- 1 hour. 3. In a large pot, add 3 tbsp of butter and a dash of olive oil with 1/2 a diced onion. Season with salt/ pepper and cook until tender. Then, add 3 cloves of minced garlic. 4. Cook your garlic until fragrant then add 5 tbsp of tomato paste. Mix well and let darken. Then, add 1 cup of tomato sauce. After, add in your roasted veggies and mix to combine. 5. Then, toss in 5 cups of broth and stir it all together. Season again with the same seasonings used on the veggies. 6. Use an immersion blender to blend everything until smooth. Bring your soup to a simmer then add 1/2 cup of heavy cream. *Optional add Parmesan rinds for extra flavor 7. Let your soup simmer for 20-30 minutes then remove the parm rinds. Add in 1/2 cup of Parmesan and a handful of fresh basil. 8. Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy!! I topped mine with more cheese, basil, heavy cream and bacon bits.
