I am so excited for this journey and to work with and learn from professionals in this area🤍
the perfect post workout protein pancakes🥞🫐 This batch makes about 2 1/2 serves 1 cup of self raising flour 1/4 cup white sugar (can substitute with a banana) Pinch of salt 2 scoops of vanilla protein 1 egg 1 cup oat milk or milk of your choice 1 teaspoon of vanilla cook in a teaspoon of butter and top with sugar free maple syrup and blueberries or topping of your choice! Enjoy🤍
