Ever since Lewis made the move to Ferrari, I knew I had to create another piece to honor him. The challenge? I had no idea where to start. For all my paintings, I usually begin with a digital mockup. Most of the time the concept comes together quickly. But this one had me stuck . I went through countless drafts, starting over again and again. I wanted to create something truly meaningful for such a legendary driver and nothing felt right. Eventually, I decided to throw my routine out the window and I started painting with no clear plan or set vision. In the past that approach hadn’t always ended well. Over the next month, this piece went through a chaotic evolution of creation, destruction, revision and repetition. But somehow through all the twists and turns, this is what came out and honestly, I think it might be one of my best yet. Sometimes, you just have to take a leap and trust yourself to land on the other side. . There’s only a few prints left! Get em before they’re gone!
