I’ve been dealing with anxiety for a while now and it’s definitely a silent enemy. Over time, I’ve discovered some key things that help me manage it: 1. Stay active. If you’re into longboarding or any other sport, get out there and keep your body moving. 2. Stay present and ground yourself in the here and now. Avoid imagining scenarios about the future. You’ll handle them when the moment comes. 3. Breathe. Take a moment every day to practice deep breathing exercises. Trust me, it instantly helps you feel calmer. 4. Don’t force things. Sometimes letting go is exactly what you need to create space for better opportunities. Trust the process and stay open. 5. Share your feelings with people close to you. Opening up can help break isolation and put anxiety into perspective. #longboarddancing #longboard #MentalHealth #anxiety
