I’m back to the exact weight I was on the day I found out I was pregnant , not toned and fit as before but a milestone worth sharing! After delivery, I started working out 8 weeks postpartum, with my doctor’s guidance. I stayed committed to eating healthy, continued breastfeeding, and remained mindful of my food choices. Consistent workouts and stretching not only helped me reach my weight goal, but also supported my physical recovery and kept my mind refreshed. Now, I’m shifting focus to building strength, improving mobility, and adding a little toning. I’m truly enjoying this journey mind, body, and soul. 💪✨ Gym fit from @salt.active_
