garlic butter salmon and vegetables, a healthy, easy and super yummy dinner to make🥦🍠recipe below: - wash, peel and chop up a sweet potato into little cubes and season with oil, garlic, paprika and salt and mix together well and place in an oven proof dish - in the same bowl add chopped peppers and onion and season with the above - place the vegetables with the sweet potato on a tray and put in the oven on 200 for around 25/30 minutes, until the sweet potatoes have softened and cooked through - then season some salmon with paprika and garlic powder and also put in the oven - whilst this is cooking, make your sauce by adding butter, parsley, chilli flakes and garlic powder to a bowl and mix together - when everything has cooked, serve the sweet potatoes, vegetables and salmon and pour over the garlic butter sauce enjoy 🫶🏼 #whatiatefordinner #easydinnerrecipes #healthydinnerideas #healthydinnerrecipes #salmonrecipe #75hard #75harddinners

My 75 soft (round 2) journey 🫶🏻🏃‍♀️🏋️‍♀️🥗 Let me be a reminder that progress isn’t linear. Last year I did 75 soft and had great results and for most of the year kept the weight off and continued to work out regularly. But around the last few months of the year I fell into old habits and really stopped taking care of myself. I knew I needed a refocus and change, so I decided to lock in and do 75 soft again. I knew what I was capable of and worked hard to be the best version of myself these past 75 days.
