Recipe below! #getyoursaladtogether #TaylorFarms #ad Ingredients (for 2 servings): -1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil -1 white onion, sliced -kosher salt -½ pound ground beef -black pepper -garlic powder -crushed red pepper flakes -brown rice, cooked according to package instructions -1 Taylor Farms Jalapeño Popper Chopped Kit -sliced sharp cheddar cheese -handful cherry tomatoes, quartered -2 dill pickle spears, diced Directions: -Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high. Add in the sliced onion with a hefty pinch of salt. Saute, stirring occasionally, until fully softened and golden brown, about 10 minutes. Set aside. -Heat a separate pan over medium high. Add in the ground beef and cook, stirring occasionally, until fully browned. Season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Set aside. -Plate the dinner bowls: fill two bowls halfway (split down the middle) with cooked brown rice. Fill the other halves of the bowls with the lettuce mixture from the Taylor Farms Jalapeno Popper Chopped Kit. On top of the rice, add on the cooked ground beef and the cheese from the Chopped Kit. Tear up slices of sharp cheddar and add that on as well. Spoon on the sauteed onions, cherry tomatoes, and diced pickles. Finish with the cornbread crunch from the Chopped Kit, then drizzle on the Jalapeno Popper Ranch from the Chopped Kit. Hot dogs in a buttery crispy flake 🫡🌭 thanks for the inspo @melissas_healthykitchen recipe below‼️ Ingredients (for 2 hot dogs): -2 slices Swiss cheese, cut in half -2 large hot dogs -1 sheet puff pastry, thawed and cut in half lengthwise -1 egg, beaten -yellow mustard, for serving -white onion, finely diced, for serving -fresh tomato, sliced into half moons, for serving -relish, for serving (add a few drops of green food coloring if you want the classic Chicago neon green relish) -sport peppers, for serving -kosher dill pickle spears, for serving -celery salt, for serving Directions; -Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with parchment. Lay two halves of the Swiss cheese down on the parchment, spaced apart at least 6 inches. On top of the cheese pieces, lay down a hot dog, and then another half of cheese on top. -On top of the hot dogs and cheese lay down one half each of puff pastry. Gently press it down around the hot dog. Brush the top of the puff pastry with egg wash. Bake for about 15 mins, or until golden brown. -Flip the puff pastry hot dogs over to expose the hot dogs underneath. Drizzle on mustard, then spread out the onions, tomato slices, relish, sport peppers, and pickle spears. Ok this is too genius, thanks for the idea @Baked by Melissa ! 🥰 recipe below‼️ Ingredients: -2 leftover slices pizza of choice -1 head romaine lettuce, washed and chopped -1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered -2 mini cucumbers, sliced -1 (14.5 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained quartered -dressing of choice -freshly grated Parmesan cheese Directions: -Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut the leftover pizza into small ~1 inch squares. Place the pizza pieces onto the baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes, until slightly darkened and crispy. -Fill salad bowls with the chopped romaine, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, artichoke hearts, and dressing. Top with the crispy pizza bites and some freshly grated Parmesan. Serve and enjoy! #salad #pizza #croutons #EasyRecipe #cookinghack #pizzalover

Chicken Caesar Series - Crunchwrap time! 🍗🥗🌮 So easy & delicious… get the recipe below‼️ Ingredients (for 2 crunchwraps): -freshly grated Parmesan cheese -freshly cracked black pepper -4 cloves garlic, minced (divided) -1 tsp anchovy paste -1 egg yolk -2 tsp Dijon mustard -1 tsp Worcestershire sauce -juice of 1 lemon -extra virgin olive oil -2 burrito-size flour tortillas -4 slices Swiss or provolone cheese -2 cups fresh romaine, washed and chopped -8 ounces cooked chicken breast, chopped (I used rotisserie chicken) -1/4 cup roasted red peppers, chopped -2 small soft taco tortillas Directions: -Make the Parmesan frico crisps. Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with parchment. Grate the Parmesan into two grapefruit-sized circles onto the parchment. Use a spoon to flatten them into tight disks. Crack some black pepper onto the Parmesan, then bake about 15 minutes (or until golden and crisp). Set aside. -Make the Caesar dressing. On a cutting board, place the minced garlic and a sprinkle of salt. Use your knife to grind the garlic into a paste. Add half the minced garlic into a bowl, plus the anchovy paste, egg yolk, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire, and lemon juice. Mix well. Going slowly, drizzle in about 1/4 cup of olive oil, while whisking… this should create a thick dressing. Add in about 2 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan and mix that in. Set aside. -Lay down the burrito tortillas on a clean work surface. In the middle of each one, lay down 2 slices of cheese, then a couple handfuls of chopped romaine. Split the chicken among the two Crunchwraps. Drizzle a couple tbsp of the Caesar dressing onto the lettuce, then garnish with the roasted red peppers and another drizzle of freshly grated Parmesan. -Lay a Parmesan frico crisp on top of each lettuce pile, then place a taco sized tortilla on top. Fold the burrito tortilla in crimps to enclose the Crunchwraps. -Heat a small splash of olive oil in a large pan over medium high. Place one Crunchwrap at a time in, crimped side down, until deep golden brown. Flip and repeat on the other side. Cut in half lengthwise and serve.
