#ad I wish I knew about these so much sooner 🫨 I made a “spice bag” which is a popular dish in Ireland - it’s crispy french fries loaded with toppings in a bag! @PotatoGoodness 🍟 I made this version hot honey style 🌶️🍯 - get the recipe below‼️ #ad Ingredients: -1 bag frozen waffle fries -2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil -1 red bell pepper, sliced -1 yellow bell pepper, sliced -1 orange bell pepper, sliced -1 red onion, sliced -kosher salt -freshly cracked black pepper -1 pound chicken tenderloins -2 eggs, beaten -3 cups corn flakes, crushed -vegetable oil, for frying -1/4 cup honey -1 tbsp hot sauce -1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes -1 jalapeño, thinly sliced -2 scallions, thinly sliced Directions: -Preheat oven to 425F and line a large baking sheet with parchment. Place the frozen waffle fries onto the sheet and bake for about 30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. -Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium high. Add in the sliced bell peppers and red onion. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the veggies start to soften. Season with a hefty pinch of kosher salt and black pepper. Continue to cook until fully softened. -Meanwhile, pat the chicken tenderloins dry and season liberally with salt and pepper. Set up a dredging station with the eggs in one bowl and the crushed corn flakes in the other. Dip the chicken tenderloins into the egg and then coat them evenly with the corn flakes. Set aside. -Pour about an inch of vegetable oil into a high sided pan over medium high. When the oil is hot, add in the chicken tenders (working in batches) to fry. Fry about 3 minutes on the first side, or until the outside is deep golden brown. Flip and repeat on the other side. Use a meat thermometer to check that the internal temp is 160F before removing. Move to a paper towel lined plate and season with salt. -In a small pan over medium low, add in the honey, hot sauce, and crushed red pepper flakes. Stir until the sauce is evenly mixed, then dip the chicken tenders in until they’re evenly coated. Cut the chicken tenders into small pieces. -In brown paper bags, add in some cooked French fries, the chicken tender pieces, and the cooked peppers & onions. Drizzle on some of the extra honey mixture, then garnish with jalapeño and scallion. Hot dogs in a buttery crispy flake 🫡🌭 thanks for the inspo @melissas_healthykitchen recipe below‼️ Ingredients (for 2 hot dogs): -2 slices Swiss cheese, cut in half -2 large hot dogs -1 sheet puff pastry, thawed and cut in half lengthwise -1 egg, beaten -yellow mustard, for serving -white onion, finely diced, for serving -fresh tomato, sliced into half moons, for serving -relish, for serving (add a few drops of green food coloring if you want the classic Chicago neon green relish) -sport peppers, for serving -kosher dill pickle spears, for serving -celery salt, for serving Directions; -Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with parchment. Lay two halves of the Swiss cheese down on the parchment, spaced apart at least 6 inches. On top of the cheese pieces, lay down a hot dog, and then another half of cheese on top. -On top of the hot dogs and cheese lay down one half each of puff pastry. Gently press it down around the hot dog. Brush the top of the puff pastry with egg wash. Bake for about 15 mins, or until golden brown. -Flip the puff pastry hot dogs over to expose the hot dogs underneath. Drizzle on mustard, then spread out the onions, tomato slices, relish, sport peppers, and pickle spears. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut the leftover pizza into small ~1 inch squares. Place the pizza pieces onto the baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes, until slightly darkened and crispy. -Fill salad bowls with the chopped romaine, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, artichoke hearts, and dressing. Tuna -2 scallions, sliced, for garnish Directions: -Heat a large pot of water over medium-high until boiling. Salt generously, then add in the potatoes to cook. Continue cooking at a gentle boil for about 30 minutes, or until fork tender. -Remove the potatoes from the water and set aside, while keeping the water boiling. Carefully add the eggs into the water and boil 8 minutes. Keep the water boiling and remove the eggs once done, immediately setting them into an ice bath. -Finally in the boiling water, add in the green beans to cook for about 6 minutes. Strain and set aside. -Make the dressing. In a bowl, combine mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, and lemon juice. Add about 1/2 tsp each of kosher salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes, and stir to mix everything together. Pouring slowly and while whisking, add in the extra virgin olive oil until a smooth dressing forms. Get the recipe below‼️ Ingredients: -2 zucchinis -1 egg -1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese -1/4 cup all purpose flour -1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped -2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt -1 tsk kosher salt -1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper -cooking spray -2-4 fried eggs, for serving -fresh chives, finely chopped, for garnish Directions: -Use the coarsest side of a box grater to grate the zucchinis. Add those into a large bowl with the egg, Parmesan cheese, flour, parsley, Greek yogurt, salt, and black pepper. Stir to evenly mix. -Heat cooking spray in a waffle iron. When hot, pour in enough zucchini mixture for 1 waffle and close the iron. Cook for about 10 minutes (or until deep golden brown), and repeat until your batter is gone. -Serve the waffles with some extra Parmesan cheese on top, plus garnish with a fried egg and chives. Chicken Caesar Series - Crunchwrap time! 🍗🥗🌮 So easy & delicious… get the recipe below‼️ Ingredients (for 2 crunchwraps): -freshly grated Parmesan cheese -freshly cracked black pepper -4 cloves garlic, minced (divided) -1 tsp anchovy paste -1 egg yolk -2 tsp Dijon mustard -1 tsp Worcestershire sauce -juice of 1 lemon -extra virgin olive oil -2 burrito-size flour tortillas -4 slices Swiss or provolone cheese -2 cups fresh romaine, washed and chopped -8 ounces cooked chicken breast, chopped (I used rotisserie chicken) -1/4 cup roasted red peppers, chopped -2 small soft taco tortillas Directions: -Make the Parmesan frico crisps. Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with parchment. Grate the Parmesan into two grapefruit-sized circles onto the parchment. Use a spoon to flatten them into tight disks. Crack some black pepper onto the Parmesan, then bake about 15 minutes (or until golden and crisp). Set aside. -Make the Caesar dressing. On a cutting board, place the minced garlic and a sprinkle of salt. Use your knife to grind the garlic into a paste. Add half the minced garlic into a bowl, plus the anchovy paste, egg yolk, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire, and lemon juice. Mix well. Going slowly, drizzle in about 1/4 cup of olive oil, while whisking… this should create a thick dressing. Add in about 2 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan and mix that in. Set aside. -Lay down the burrito tortillas on a clean work surface. In the middle of each one, lay down 2 slices of cheese, then a couple handfuls of chopped romaine. Split the chicken among the two Crunchwraps. Drizzle a couple tbsp of the Caesar dressing onto the lettuce, then garnish with the roasted red peppers and another drizzle of freshly grated Parmesan. -Lay a Parmesan frico crisp on top of each lettuce pile, then place a taco sized tortilla on top. Fold the burrito tortilla in crimps to enclose the Crunchwraps. -Heat a small splash of olive oil in a large pan over medium high. Place one Crunchwrap at a time in, crimped side down, until deep golden brown. Flip and repeat on the other side. Cut in half lengthwise and serve. The easiest way to make homemade crispy rice I’ve ever seen! It’s sooo delish too 🍣 recipe below‼️ Ingredients: -1 pack grocery store nigiri of choice -sriracha -kewpie mayonnaise -soy sauce -cooking spray -sesame seeds -scallions, sliced Directions: -Separate the fish from the rice on the nigiri. Set the rice aside, and chop the fish very finely. -In a bowl, add in the chopped fish plus about 1 tbsp each of sriracha, kewpie mayonnaise, and soy sauce. Stir to evenly mix. -Lay the rice pieces down on the basket of an air fryer and spray them with cooking spray. Air fry at 375F for 5 minutes, and check to see that they’re starting to brown on the outside. If necessary, flip them over to get even coloring, then air fry about 5 minutes longer. -Set the air fried rice on a clean work surface, then top with a large spoonful each of the fish mixture. Hellooo dream combination 🤭 Chicken Caesar quesadilla - thanks for the inspo @bites.by.angie 🫶🏼 recipe below‼️ Ingredients: -1 burrito-sized flour tortilla -6 slices provolone cheese, divided -1 cooked chicken breast, chopped into small pieces (I used rotisserie chicken) -1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil -pickled onions -2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped -Caesar dressing of choice -Parmesan cheese Directions: -Lay down the burrito tortilla on a clean work surface. On one side of the tortilla, spread a layer of 3 pieces of provolone. On top of that, add on the chicken pieces, then another 3 pieces of provolone on top of that. Fold the tortilla in half to tuck in all the ingredients. -Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Place the quesadilla down and cook for about 5 minutes, until the pan side of the tortilla is lightly browned. Flip and repeat on the other side until that side is lightly browned & the cheese is melted. Remove from heat. -In a small bowl, combine the romaine with some Caesar dressing. Toss to coat. -Open the quesadilla and spread a handful of pickled onions throughout. Spread the dressed romaine throughout, and drizzle on a light amount of extra dressing on top. Grate on a thin layer of Parmesan cheese, then close the quesadilla back up. -Cut the quesadilla into 3 even triangles.
